Sin and Disputes
This chapter covers 2 behaviors in the Corinthian Church: lawsuits and sexual immorality. The Corinthians were bringing each other to secular courts to resolve their differences. Paul points out that doing so will hurt their job as being ambassadors for the Gospel. In the same way the sexual immorality of the Corinthians was undermining the message of a new life with Christ. Hopefully we can understand how to let things go for the sake of the message of the Gospel!
